In collaboration with a brand-new federal initiative called the Affordable Connectivity Program, Moolah Wireless is providing qualifying customers in underserved communities around the nation with computer tablets and service valued at $1 million (ACP). This year, the internet service provider is giving away tens of thousands of free Android tablets with the Moolah Mobile brand and free wireless connectivity to K–12 and college students across the country.

“Our company’s core mission is to provide underserved communities with affordable, high-quality broadband, especially students whose education depends upon consistent access to the internet. We want to help close the digital divide,” said Moolah Wireless 32-year-old Founder and CEO Vernell Woods. “We are proud that we are giving away $1 Million worth of tablets to college and K-12 students as part of the federal government’s new Affordable Connectivity Program.

New company Moolah Wireless has been working with churches, non-profits, secondary schools, and colleges across the country to sign up eligible customers for the new ACP program, which offers each household a brand-new Moolah Mobile Android 12 Wireless Tablet along with a year of no-cost service from Moolah Wireless. The pre-installed proprietary software on the Moolah Mobile devices allows customers to choose to receive up to $50 per month for watching advertisements on their home screen.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chose mobile virtual network provider Moolah Wireless earlier this year as one of its partners in carrying out the $14.2 billion Affordable Connectivity Program with the aim of bridging the digital divide for poor and underserved communities across the country. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act signed by President Biden at the end of 2021 includes the ACP.
